Utah Women Leading Government (UTWLG) is committed to advancing the role of women and helping them succeed in the public sector by enhancing career-building models that develop leadership skills and by networking professional women in government.
Welcome
Utah Women Leading Government (UTWLG) was created when several women recognized the need for women-focused professional development and networking during a Utah City/County Management Association conference. Since then, UTWLG continues to grow and enhance the careers and profession for women in local government management.
Members participate in monthly virtual events and meet in-person each quarter. Due to the holidays, UTWLG does not meet in December.
